1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pele AI Stories ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pele AI Stories is an AI-powered personalized storybook generator for children. The App allows parents to create customized stories featuring their children with AI-generated text and illustrations.

3. Account & Guest Access

You may use the App as a guest or create an account via Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in. Guest users can access all features including in-app purchases. Creating an account enables cross-device sync. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which will permanently remove all your data.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Monthly Subscription ($19.99/month): Includes 4 story credits per month. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Credit Packs: One-time purchases of story credits (e.g., 1 credit for $5.99, 5 credits for $27.99). Credits do not expire.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription content is available on all devices signed into the same Apple ID.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and personal information you provide. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating personalized stories. We do not use your content for any other purpose.

6. AI-Generated Content

Stories and images are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for age-appropriate, high-quality content, AI outputs may occasionally be imperfect. Parents should review generated content before sharing with children.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for use by parents on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
• Use the App to generate harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to AI-generated content quality or availability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. תיאור השירות

Pele AI Stories היא אפליקציה ליצירת ספרי סיפורים מותאמים אישית לילדים באמצעות בינה מלאכותית. האפליקציה מאפשרת להורים ליצור סיפורים מותאמים אישית עם הילדים שלהם עם טקסט ואיורים שנוצרו על ידי AI.

3. חשבון וגישת אורח

ניתן להשתמש באפליקציה כאורח או ליצור חשבון דרך Google, Apple או Facebook. משתמשי אורח יכולים לגשת לכל התכונות כולל רכישות בתוך האפליקציה. יצירת חשבון מאפשרת סנכרון בין מכשירים. ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה.

4. מנויים ורכישות

מנוי חודשי (₪69.90/חודש): כולל 4 קרדיטים לסיפורים בחודש. המנוי מתחדש אוטומטית אלא אם כן בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף תקופת החיוב הנוכחית. ניתן לנהל או לבטל את המנוי בהגדרות Apple ID.

חבילות קרדיטים: רכישות חד-פעמיות של קרדיטים לסיפורים (לדוגמה, קרדיט אחד ב-₪19.90, 5 קרדיטים ב-₪89.90). קרדיטים אינם פגים.

5. תוכן המשתמש

אתם שומרים על הבעלות על התמונות והמידע האישי שאתם מספקים. בשימוש באפליקציה, אתם מעניקים לנו רישיון מוגבל לעבד תוכן זה אך ורק לצורך יצירת סיפורים מותאמים אישית.

6. תוכן שנוצר על ידי AI

סיפורים ותמונות נוצרים על ידי בינה מלאכותית. למרות שאנו שואפים לתוכן איכותי ומותאם גיל, ייתכן שתוצרי ה-AI לא יהיו מושלמים. מומלץ להורים לבדוק את התוכן לפני שיתופו עם ילדיהם.

7. פרטיות ילדים

האפליקציה מיועדת לשימוש הורים עבור ילדיהם. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע ישירות מילדים. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו לפרטים נוספים.

8. שימושים אסורים

אתם מסכימים שלא:
• להשתמש באפליקציה ליצירת תוכן מזיק, לא הולם או בלתי חוקי
• להעלות תמונות של אנשים ללא הסכמתם
• לנסות לבצע הנדסה הפוכה או לנצל את האפליקציה
• להפר חוקים או תקנות חלים

9. הגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה מסופקת "כמות שהיא" ללא אחריות מכל סוג. איננו אחראים לנזקים הנובעים משימוש באפליקציה, כולל אך לא מוגבל לאיכות או זמינות תוכן שנוצר על ידי AI.

10. שינויים בתנאים

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר שינויים מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
