1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive your name and email address to create your account.

Child Information: You provide your child's name, age, gender, favorite thing, and optionally a photo to personalize stories. This data is sent to Google Gemini AI to generate personalized story text, avatars, and illustrations. Photos are used for AI avatar generation and to maintain character consistency in story illustrations.

Generated Content: Stories, images, and optional narration created for your children are stored in your private account. Generated story text may be sent to ElevenLabs to create audio narration.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate personalized stories for your children
• Generate optional read-aloud narration
• Provide customer support
• Send important service updates

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Photos and stories are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to your account.

4. Third-Party Services & AI Data Sharing

We use the following services:
• Clerk - Authentication (Google, Apple, Facebook sign-in)
• Google Gemini AI - Story text and image generation. We send your child's name, age, gender, favorite thing, and photo to Google's Gemini API to generate personalized stories and illustrations.
• ElevenLabs - Text-to-speech narration. When narration is generated, we send generated story text and the selected narration voice to ElevenLabs to create audio files.
• Cloudflare R2 - Secure private image storage
• RevenueCat - In-app purchase management

AI model training opt-out: We have opted out of provider model training, model improvement, or retraining on submitted content and generated content. This includes our current AI generation and narration providers. Provider privacy policies and data-processing terms still apply to their processing of API requests.

Data shared with AI providers:
• Child's first name
• Child's age
• Child's gender
• Child's favorite thing
• Child's photo (for avatar creation & story illustration consistency)
• Generated story text (for text-to-speech narration)
No account credentials, payment information, or parent profile information is shared with AI providers.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is designed for parents to create stories for their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. All data is provided and controlled by parents.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Profile Settings → Delete My Account). You can also request to view or export your data by contacting us at support@pele-app.com.

3. אחסון מידע ואבטחה

4. שירותי צד שלישי ושיתוף נתונים עם AI

אנו משתמשים בשירותים הבאים:

• Google Gemini AI - יצירת טקסט ותמונות לסיפורים. אנו שולחים את שם הילד/ה, גיל, מגדר, הדבר האהוב ותמונה ל-API של Google Gemini ליצירת סיפורים ואיורים מותאמים אישית.
• ElevenLabs - קריינות טקסט לדיבור. בעת יצירת קריינות, אנו שולחים את טקסט הסיפור שנוצר ואת קול הקריינות שנבחר ל-ElevenLabs כדי ליצור קבצי שמע.
• Cloudflare R2 - אחסון תמונות מאובטח פרטי
• RevenueCat - ניהול רכישות בתוך האפליקציה

Opt-out מאימון מודלים: הגדרנו Opt-out מאימון, שיפור או אימון מחדש של מודלים על תוכן שנשלח ותוכן שנוצר. הדבר כולל את ספקי יצירת ה-AI והקריינות הנוכחיים שלנו. מדיניות הפרטיות ותנאי עיבוד הנתונים של הספקים עדיין חלים על עיבוד בקשות API.

נתונים הנשלחים לספקי AI:

5. פרטיות ילדים

האפליקציה שלנו מיועדת להורים ליצירת סיפורים לילדיהם. איננו אוספים ביודעין מידע ישירות מילדים. כל המידע מסופק ונשלט על ידי ההורים.

6. הזכויות שלכם

תוכלו למחוק את חשבונכם וכל המידע הקשור בכל עת מתוך האפליקציה (הגדרות פרופיל → מחק את החשבון שלי). תוכלו גם לבקש לצפות או לייצא את המידע שלכם על ידי פנייה אלינו בכתובת support@pele-app.com.
